Great Selection and Helpful Service

I had a pretty small project, a few changes in our office and a small bathroom. I got a walnut butcher block countertop piece for my office and a granite prefab for the bathroom, and my wife and I really love them both! We had already bought our tile for the bathroom somewhere else, but if I had known better I would have bought everything through Stoneville because their selection is really nice and really, really large. My project wasn’t big but the service I got felt the same as if it was (thank you Alex), and when we have another project down the line we will definitely start our search for materials at Stoneville. - C. We LOVE Stoneville!

We LOVE Stoneville!! We run a Construction and Design firm and we always find what we need! Josephine treats us like family and they have an amazing selection! It’s so great to see full size slabs vs tiny pieces. I cannot say enough, other than we use them all the time and I recommend them to everyone!

We ended up at stoneville after a long day of shopping different slab yards. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the place for us. We were greeted by very friendly staff that worked directly with our stone fabricator to help us find materials for our kitchen remodel. We ended up purchasing three slabs of the Fusion quartzite. The quality of the slab was top notch and pricing was competitive as well. We selected a glass back splash as well with the help of one of the sales women at the store. Next time this will be our one and only stop. Can’t wait to do our bathroom next!

Great products and service

I came to Stoneville USA needing to remodel many things in the house. I originally went to look for counter top material but quickly learned that the store was so much more! They are more of a one stop shop. They not only have the most complete supply of stone materials but a wide variety of options of tile, flooring material, sinks, cabinets and other home improvement needs at a very reasonable price. The owners and staff were very helpful and the service was top notch. I definitely would put them on the list of stores to check out if you are doing any remodel work.

I'm a serial granite and marble…

I'm a serial granite and marble shopper. I stroll through granite yards and showrooms if I need a pick-me-up; it's way better than coffee in the afternoon. Stoneville rewards. This company rewards with unparalleled customer attention, service, expertise, and follow-through. I don't know about you but these attributes are still important to me when doing business. The selection of materials in the North Hollywood location is mind-blowing. The San Diego Miramar location is fabulous, indoors and climate controlled with a great representation of what the company can offer. The SD store is off the beaten path a little but the location is not the only thing that sets this women-owned and run company apart--it's the service. Stoneville is off-the-charts amazing!

Grandparent Approved!

My family bought a countertop from Stoneville about 4 years ago and wanted to re-do countertops and tiles in their bathroom. My grandparents have been very nervous to do anything with the COVID-19 shelter-in-place order, so the fact that Stoneville was showing by appointment only with limited staff was very encouraging. The Stoneville family (Josephine and Ravee(?)) are exceptionally kind and attentive and helped my grandparents through the whole process of finding the right stone, explaining the differences in materials and the care required for maintenance, and cut and other things I didn't realize needed to be discussed. This wasn't really my project, I was accompanying them on the trips. But during the trips, the huuuuuge showroom was very clean and Josephine took us around and showed us all their options. It was like a trip around the world with all their stones from all over! She was very knowledgeable and swapped travel stories with Grandpa. We agreed on quartzite for a natural stone look and I think it came out swell. Anyway while I wasn't the one buying anything, I was very touched by how open and transparent the employees were with cost and explaining where everything was going, and how respectfully they treated my Grandparents. They spent a lot of time answering all the questions and addressing any concerns and it was truly that "small family-owned business touch" that I doubt we would've gotten at like Home Desperate or wherever. All this to say, thank you Josephine and the Stoneville family for making this a painless and surprisingly fun process!

Stoneville was such an amazing source for our condo remodel. My husband and I spent hours walking around and touching everything in their super modern design gallery. Seeing the products installed in their display kitchens is really what sold us on the porcelain slabs we ended up getting. We purchased the Sapien Stone Calacatta after seeing it at Stoneville. Josephine, the owner, was so patient with us and answered all of our questions on the product. It looks like REAL marble without any of the maintenance of natural stone. We love it so much and always recommend Stoneville to our friends that are remodeling!

Stoneville is fantastic! They've got everything you need for your project. Vast selection and super helpful customer service. It is SO MUCH EASIER to finish these projects efficiently when the staff not only knows their stuff, but are also real problem-solvers. I had a particularly complicated issue, and Amala immediately sat down with me to brainstorm a solution. Long story short - PROBLEM SOLVED! Make it easy on yourself and just go to Stoneville.
