My coach was smart, warm, and empathetic. She helped me find a gamified system to get out of my own way. The app’s tools were super helpful for reframing some negative habitual thoughts. The accountability factor in having a coach was exactly the spur I needed.

So far so good. I like my coach and think they did a good job finding someone who had very relevant life/work experience. We've had 3 sessions and I feel like we're making good progress. The platform is very minimal but I think that's a feature, it's just a chat thread with your coach. I was very close to hiring an executive coach who was about 10x as expensive and I'm happy I went this route.
I was paired with a great coach who took an active interest in my goals and helped with some really useful strategies to accomplish them! She also followed up with check-ins and summaries of action items during the week. It was easy to change my plan when I needed to cut back on sessions and also to pause it when I needed.

You strategically get paired with a coach with significant background and experience to help you build upon who you are, develop your brand build the confidence you need to get you to that next step in process. Would recommend this to anyone looking to change career paths, companies or just to see what else you can do with your career.
