I realized during transit that I had accidentally mistyped my address. After reaching out to their support, they immediately confirmed that it was already being returned and would be redirected to the correct address. Since it was my mistake, I offered to pay for the extra shopping cost, to which they declined. The jersey came in and both looks and feels great. Can't recommend enough!
Been ordering jerseys through Sublimation Kings for years now and always come back wanting more. Excellent product, fantastic support, and easy customization.
I opted to use one of the art designs that they have. I requested to have the colors changed, the proofs looked exactly as I envisioned. Upon arrival it looked really good, until I saw a minor detail with in the jersey. The color of one the smaller logos was still the same as the original and not the color of the custom. Looks a little out of place if someone notices it.
Hey Jonathan! We appreciate you taking the time to review. Your proof that was approved on your end has the color in the text that you're talking about, it was produced the same as what was in the proof: https://sublimationkings.com/wp-content/uploads/oms_assets/proofs/222947/103842-92877.jpg?t=1759427745
The singlets are amazing. The quality is great. We were told there was a supply issue and that pushed our order back a bit, we did have a large order. That wouldn't have been an issue if it was just communicated prior to the order being late. We're definitely interested in using sublimation kings again, just keep the customer updated and all is good.
Hey Chris! We are sorry to have let you down - we hope to earn back your trust in the future.
Quick and easy to order, the jerseys came out great. Would have been nice to know before ordering that the items were coming from Pakistan and would have additional shipping tarrifs.
Hey Melissa! Thank you again for your order, we appreciate the thorough feedback as well. With the time crunch we had to outsource to a quicker facility to hit your in-hand time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I LOVE DESIGNING AND ORDERING JERSEYS ALONG WITH THE OTHER JERSEYS THEY OFFER.
SK is the very best in the Sublimation market. They have been in the game much longer than many of the fly by night companies flooding the current market. Their ordering system and 3d models set them apart, as does their quality and timely deliveries.
It took 4 weeks to receive the product which is much longer than other companies that we have dealt with. Size was good and product looks nice we have not wrestled in it yet though
Hey Cory! Thanks for the review and feedback! Just want to acknowledge that we note our turnaround time as 3-4 weeks on average as everything is made-to-order due to the level of customization we include on all of our products. It looks like the order was placed 9/27 and delivered 10/24, so at the end of our typical range. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
They were super easy to work with. The communication was spectacular!
They were very helpful during the process of ordering custom jerseys and socks for our team!
great product, looks good fits even better
The customization has a wide degree of variety as far as advanced and basics with logos, images, and style. Mine is basic with the stock logos and texts, but it still looks very sharp and well made. the material is softer than the typical sweaters. And seeing it in person is the greatest part of all. Very good SK.
2nd time I have purchased a 5x hockey goalie jersey from you. Each time I experienced clear communication and a great product. Thank you
The Sublimation Kings always provides me with an excellent high quality customized jersey product. They are the absolute best on the market!
Horrible product, feels cheap. Does not match the image shown on the website. The Hockey shells are a cheap burlap mesh material. Will not purchase from Sublimation Kings again, took 5 weeks to come in. Threw them straight in the trash as the reviews show how much the company cares about their garbage products.
Dang! Roasted! We hate that you didn't like the shell. While you may not like the product, we do want to correct the facts. Your order was placed 9/26, shipped 10/17, and received 10/21 - inside the 3 to 4 weeks we generally live in as all of our items are made-to-order to allow for personalization - NOT the 5 weeks you described.
Just so easy to order and when I had a concern the communication was great. Couldn't be happier with how the product turned out!!
Sublimation Kings provides high-quality prints with vibrant colors and durable materials
I’ve been using Sublimation Kings for my adult slowpitch softball jerseys, and they have always been great. They have a ton of designs, along with custom options too. The jerseys are comfortable, durable and look great, while not being too expensive! Service has been great as well, with jerseys only taking about 3 weeks or so to be made. I’ve recommended SK to several other teams and would recommend them for anyone looking for a good jersey.
Amazing service, fully hands on and communicative when ordering!
My grandson loves the singlet of Michael Meyer’s. He cannot wait until wrestling season begins so he can wear it. Sublimation Kings have done a great job on the two singlets I have already purchased. Will purchase again!
