Hi Garry, Your order was processed within one business day. Unfortunately you ordered on the start of a weekend in which UPS is closed. Even if it went out on Friday you would have received it by the end of Wednesday instead of Thursday when it shipped on Monday. The average shipping time is about 3 business days for your location. We ordered two KONG Wubba Boa Teaser Cat Toys -- one for each of our cats. We had one that they played with so much, there's very little left of it! It was well-loved, for sure! We have been very pleased with the new ones -- our girls love them! I'm glad I found them on your website!

Our PayPal option does work as all of our other PayPal customers have never had a problem with it.
