What I did not like was it took very long , it’s winter so the house was very cold, there were children in the house, electronics could not be charged. There was no prior notice of needing to shut power off. After the job was completed, all information was not submitted and I had to send in the information thank God I was home from work to do so or else we would not get our incentive.

Affordable Solar Made Possible by Sungage
Sungage Financial offered the best financing solution for my new solar system. The flexible terms gave me a monthly payment that fit perfectly into my budget.
I was especially happy that there were no prepayment penalties, which gives me the flexibility to pay the loan down faster. Their approach to the federal tax credit is truly a game-changer.
The transition from traditional utility bills to an affordable, fixed loan payment has been fantastic. Sungage made the financial side of going solar truly a smart investment.

Timeline feels longer than what is necessary
Initial project discussions happened in November
Permits and other follow ups did not happen until between February and April
Permits were not complete until around the summertime the lane to install, which
Purchasing Partee had to do a lot of outreaching to City Hall and HOA to expedite the following so the project could move on

Sungage took care of all of our paperwork and loan information for our new solar array from Solara. They were very professional and lifted that burden of paperwork off our shoulders. I also like their policy of the first payment starting two months after the final hookup. That way all the kinks are worked out of the deal before payments start and we are earning energy credits before that first payment. Also preparing the documents for our CPA to have ready at tax time is really awesome.
