I have been smokin since the 70's. I am known as a Heavy-Weight'. ordered 8 ounces of Mochi..it was fantastic but I had seeds. I emailed customer service, they conveyed their apologies and agreed to send the the weight of seeds in weed. I was so impressed with the swiftness of how this was handled, I ordered 8 ounces of micros and looking forward to that. I will be ordering 8 ounces every month. I want to take a moment to say thank you. You saved a customer by unexpectedly replacing those seeds. Thank you again!
