Great hair pieces, very natural...and the service is top notch!
Overall, I’ve had pretty good experiences with this company. A few of the hair pieces I’ve received have been a little dry and haven't lasted quite as long as I would have liked, but overall, I’ve been satisfied. My most recent purchase is what brought my rating down by one star. I ordered the unit with the perm service, and the website stated that processing would take one to two weeks before shipping. After three weeks without any movement, I contacted the company. I believe they then put a rush on the order, but it will still be about a full month from the date of purchase before it is delivered. Their customer service, however, is fantastic and easily deserves five stars. The person I emailed was helpful and responsive. Based on the extended processing time, I probably would not order the perm service again. Without the additional service, orders generally arrive fairly quickly. They are not quite as fast as some other companies I’ve ordered from, but overall, the products are good and the customer service is excellent.
