This company orders and bills me for a product that I did not order. I’ve never had an automatic renewal with this company. But I get product and an unauthorized credit card charge about every three months. I have to file disputes to get my money back.

This is my first refill with your company and I took my last pill today but the refill isn't scheduled to be delivered till Tuesday December 24th. That leaves me 2 days without my prescription. Hopefully next time it will be shipped sooner.

Massive scam
Massive scam. They’ll entice you to buy 180 pills instead of 90 at a discounted price. Once you make the purchase, they’ll only send you 90 pills and will give you an excuse as to why they need to wait until the initial 90 days are up to send you the remaining 90. They’ll never send you the rest. Good luck getting through someone in North America. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
