5 stars!!!! I have been very pleased with Support Nurse. They are very knowledgeable, explain stuff in our language and let you know what your pc needs' No pressure it is up to you if you want to get it, Nothing goes on your credit card without your authorization. Everymonth I get a call just checking to see if I am having any problems or questions. They are truly "a breath of fresh air"
