I talked to a very nice man on today , May 13 Wednesday ..Jonathan who took the time and was very knowledgeable and patient helped me with the issue that I was concerned about relating to my Surge card he immediately solved everything and it made me feel so much better. The young lady that helped was very wonderful and provided the best customer service ever !! She was very knowledgeable and very nice and quickly resolved my issues all why being very attentive to my needs and problems ... I would hire her and she should be made employee of the month and employee of the year .. I was behind in payments for health issues. And my balance was outstanding. And customer service eliminated late fees for me and lowered my payments to help me get back on track. In which I’m so grateful because I’m a Senior citizen and could use that help right now. When it comes to paying a bill or not eating
