Branded will clawback points
Branded Surveys has a bad habbit of letting you complete a full survey, give you points, and then take the points back days later. Wastes your time. When you complain, you get a generic copy-pasted email claiming their client didn't pay them, so you don't get paid either. Zero accountability, zero real customer support, waste of time. Don't bother. Go to Prolific or Swagbucks instead. I have never had swagbucks take points back before.

Lots of fun, helps you pass the time in the rewards I rewarding
I haven't always enjoyed taking your surveys.But just lately.There seems to be a lot of surveys that are completed , but not rewarded. I do go on the website and file the complaint and most of the time I do get the.Reward. we have been playing this for over 3 years now and enjoy it.And it helps us with our groceries and some of our amazon.

This sight was not a good site to do surveys. The surveys take too long. I didn’t get credit for 10 surveys that I completed. They lie about the time frame. I was highly disappointed. I feel like Branded is a gimmick and a lie. I spent too much time doing surveys just to drive $5.00. I will never do another survey on this site again. I shouldn’t have to do 12 surveys just to receive an award. I have put all my personal information into these surveys just to be lied to about receiving compensation. This is so discouraging

Lot of these surveys have internal error they never recorrect the mistake and some survey I do is complete them either I get project is closed no credit points some surveys I do half surveys I get lousy 1 pts they owe me lot of points for completing surveys I get robbed to many times how come tv studies get messed up everyday?

Getting screwed
I’m keep taking surveys that take 15-20 minutes. I answer all their questions after asking me all about their products they tell me I’m not a match and I get nothing. But they get all the info they wanted.

Good pay for time spent
They match surveys to you specifically, if you don't make it through the survey fully they still partially reward you. I've easily cashed out $10 in just one day multiple times.

Surveys fill up quickly & you can be screened out after completing the full survey..
I liked Branded surveys when I first used it not that long ago. The payouts still work well, I've never had trouble with that, they are a genuine site. The application process is quick and easy. The points for time spent would be ok, but recently it's been awful, because they lie about how long a survey will take, you can click on a 4 minute 12 point survey, and it will redirect without informing you to a 20 minute survey for the same points. That's assuming you even get through the initial matching questions, which can take much longer than you realise and screen you out right at the end of what you feel was the actual survey. It often tells me RIGHT after i've answered the very last question and been thanked for my time, and to press next to submit my results that I've been screened out or the survey is full!!!!!! No matter what time of day or day of the week I do the surveys on. They were very good initially if I submitted information on this, and sometimes awarded the points. However the last survey that this happened with was quite long, with a good amount of points, I took a lot of time, and effort and then got told the survey was full, as above, right at the submit point, I didn't get a response when I reported this. I think I might get to my next payout point, and move my time effort and data elsewhere.

Non Qualified Surveys
Too many times, I spend 5-10 minutes on a survey only to have the survey ended because I do not qualify for that survey. Too much time taken to determine that.

It's okay
It's okay. The pay out options are great and you receive your money right away once you hit the payout level so you aren't kept waiting. But, I think I end up spending more time finding a survey that will accept me then actually doing the survey itself which if you aren't doing a survey you aren't getting paid.
