Don't play on there site it's a scam the first time I redeem my money I received the full amount I just redeemed a 100 dollars and now they took the rest of my money and only gave me 25 dollars the rules should always be the same I should have received my full amount of money instead of getting less of my money

Don’t spend your money with sweepico I had bought some coins and I won $100 and I redeemed it. I then got lucky and won another $100 but you can only withdrawal $100 at a time so I did that and was gonna redeem the next $100 after the first got redeemed. These guys refunded me my money and only gave me $25 of my first redemption and then took my other $100 I had in my account and left my balance on $0. They said I violated a rule which I did not. They were such sore losers and hated that I got lucky and won so they took my $200 and gave me $25 and a refund Of my $4.99 purchase. I spent money I shouldn’t have spent based on me thinking I won and they totally messed me up. Such a rip off

I would of left zero stars if that was an option! I think this casino is very shady! They send out free spins which always come with a limit that you can win like 30 free spins but you can only win $3 dollar maximum..I won way more than $3 dollars but was only able to get the $3 which is fine they made that rule clear. However, with that $3 dollars I won a little over $400 dollars. So I cashed out 100 because that's all it said I could do per day. And when the request went through they only sent me $25 and when I went back to the website the rest of my sweep coins were gone. Apparently only $25 can be redeemed from any free play which they do not state clearly anywhere! I have not experienced this with any other casino and this is not the first time I have won from free play. I will never gamble on this website again and hopefully nobody else does either!

I received an email with a promo code. When I went to redeem it, it said it wasn't available to me. I contacted support. I was asked for a screenshot including the time, date, and email address it was sent to. I sent it to them. It was dated the same day just 2 hours before that with the email address I use on the site. I was told that the promo was not available at this time. So I asked why it was sent if not available and they said it's just a mistake. I asked for some kind of promo since this was their mistake and was told there are no promos available. I am extremely disappointed. It was the platform's mistake. I feel I should have gotten something. I also had an issue with being told you only need $25 to put in for a redemption. I had $50. Was told I need to make a purchase to redeem so I did. After my purchase I was told I needed $100 to redeem. Well trying to get to the $100, I of course lost the $50. Needless to say I didn't get to redeem anything after jumping through their hoops and now this. I'm extremely disappointed in this platform.
