I saw TYHO on CNA recently and I was surprised they are such a young company because the website and staff are extremely professional. I am grateful that therapy can now be done via video call, which is much more convenient, as well as feel more like a safe space since we can attend the session at home.
Relatively easy to use platform (could be better optimised for handphone use, though) for convenient video sessions.
I’ve been with kayden for a year now. Really thankful for her guidance, insights and her exercises. Thankful to Tyho too for helping me out financially for my first 5 sessions when I was a student. The platform is useful, people truly listen, and I’m thankful for Tyho
Talk your heart out is a wonderful platform to look for therapists and counsellors that are most suited to your needs. My sessions have been useful thus far and i am thankful that I have found TYHO!
Our Employees are very happy with the service that they get from TYHO.
TYHO has revolutionised therapy sessions at the comfort of our own homes with certified and great therapists. I work with Edmund to bounce of great ideas on self development and he is such a genuine individual that challenges conventional ideas.
The platform is comprehensive and I feel that it values the well being of the clients and the relationship between them and their therapist. My therapist listens and hears me and I think this is a crucial step forward for my well-being.
Very patient and understanding therapist. Danial helped me to piece together emotions and feelings that I can’t piece into words. Lots of guidance and tips given to help figure out what I want and hope to achieve. Booking on TYHO is also very seamless. Slots availability is abundant and different modes (f2f, online etc) available for choosing.
Easy to navigate, affordable and assessable
TYHO gives us an easily accessible platform for counselling needs. It's like the Airbnb of counselling with everything thought of.
Been with TYHO for years now, and it’s one of the places I turn to for support during difficult times and stress management. There’s always something to think about in our conversations, and regular sessions have helped me be more aware of my thoughts, emotions and feelings around topics.
My experience with TYHO has been great thus far. The platform is user friendly and convenient with helpful and skilled professionals onboard. I highly recommend it to those looking for a safe space to improve their wellbeing
TYHO is a fast, convenient and overall great platform to seek psychological support at reasonable rate imo.
My experience has been great and honestly i feel like mentally i am getting better
While I had been aware of some of the issues I wanted to address and decided to go for therapy to learn some solutions to manage these issues, my sessions with Caroline have given me deeper insight into my patterns and equipped me with tools to manage them better. I have gotten much more than I had expected of my sessions and am glad to have given therapy a go (again) - working with Caroline has made me even more aware of my strengths (not just weaknesses!) and am slowly becoming kinder to myself (and therefore to the people around me) day by day.
Convenient platform and warm atmosphere to share
My therapist was patient with me when I open up about my past experiences. She was constructive and dedicated to help me find myself, looking forward to what we can work on. Talk Your Heart Out's overall platform is streamlined to keep within its domain to ensure our privacy is protected. What can be improved is some form of welfare program for students and underprivileged community to have access to this platform.
Excellent service with a team that genuinely cares about client feedback and acts on feedback. It's like betterhelp.com but 1000x better. Love this service.
The therapists were top notch and I find comfort in speaking with them. While the TYHO admin team tries their best to help us in our appointment, it would be great if they are able to consider other mediums than emails to send us a gentle reminder such as what’s app.
Alicia has been a great therapist and therapy sessions with her have been productive and has helped me in my day to day life greatly. It’s also very convenient to connect with therapists through the platform for busy professionals.
