Tanya was referred by a fellow expat American and expectations were surpassed with excellent advice, caring customer service by Maelle and going above and beyond to connect me with folks experienced in US tax abroad for advice on unique circumstances. The only thing is that my life/critical illness insurance situation couldn't be optimised through their service due to another complex circumstance but they helped relieve all other matters in regard to our investments and covered off my husband's insurance. They sorted my personal finances, then on-boarded my husband and our family's finances so I'm very happy with working with them.

To date, the attention to, and patience with, the onerous procedures required to transfer my funds from others to TallRock has been managed with empathy and sympathy towards my, the client's circumstances, so as to make the process as smooth as possible in this highly [read painfully] regulated financial environment we find ourselves in these days. Hats off to the TallRock team!
Next under scrutiny, as this transfer is relatively recent, will be the performance of the various investments established for me. I am optimistic these will exceed my expectations - for that is why I have moved to TallRock :-).

As above - it is still early days for me in getting to know Tallrock Capital and Rob, however, I have found him very to be trustworthy and acting with integrity with any advice provided.
Rob Howland was very good at taking his time explaining the various products to me and not applying too much pressure. I think this is important as an advisor develops trust and rapport with a new customer.

There was a good dialogue about risk profile, investment possibilities, structure of portfolio etc. etc. There was one misunderstanding along the way which was cleared up quickly. If my portfolio had been making a profit currently I would have given 5 stars (note I am only 4 months in so not really a fair timeframe for assessment)
