Avoid this site, Shady circumstances

Decided to try out the site 5/14/26 after some good experiences with other A1 owned sites, I'd advise to stay far away from this one. Managed to get some solid wins on the slots enough to redeem roughly $100 USD as a gift card. 1st attempt was denied due to needing to provide verification on the payment card which was provided. 2nd attempt was denied due to "Prizeout decision" whereas Prizeout sent an email stating Tao denied the request had a similar experience with Legendz casino. Contacted the customer support team at 11:51am 5/15/26 after needing to wait a bit Tao staff removed my ability to use Prizeout from my account at roughly 12:01pm, stayed in chat until 12:18 at which point the staff recommended using a different redemption option and that they can not guarantee prizeout being a redemption option in the future. This effectively removes any option to redeem from this site below $100.00. 5/16/26 Edit: Redemption was finally processed via Paypal however Tao claimed rule 7 and only provided $25 instead of my full $100. Avoid this site

Got free play won a lot then went and lost almost all of it. Made multiple purchases in a span of 1 hour I used a prepaid visa debit card and won several hundred dollars. I decided I should cash out 200.00 and they required me to verify my payment ...because that card says "valued customer" as name and that's not my name... no withdrawal allowed! They will take the payments using that card but will not allow me to claim my winnings. Even tried verifying using a card I used in past that is a card with all my info and they won't even consider that as an option. Made a small purchase with my bank card and won $9 bucks and tried to make a new withdrawal and they wiped out my winnings and insist I verify that gift card.... cheating scammed they suck and make sure you never really get real money back... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
