Tax tiger stole $5000 …
Tax tiger stole $5000 from my husband and I when we went to them for help. They filed my taxes for a couple of years but did nothing to resolve my tax issues. I believe I am owed a refund as I had to hire someone else to help with my tax debt. DO NOT believe what they tell you they will do. For a Christian based company, they sure did not treat others as they would like to be treated.
As to your reply, you NEVER did anything to solve my case after it was transferred from one state to another after nothing being done for 1-2 years. Then I was transferred from person to person, never knowing who was really handling my case. NOT ONE person ever called me to tell me it did not get resolved. I had to hire a tax attorney 2 years ago to help get it settled and spend more money. If it had been settled or even not settled, I am sure he would found that out by now. Ya'll dropped the ball on my case and just don't want to admit it. The only thing I received out of my business with your company was a couple years of tax returns. From the beginning, $2500 was supposed to be taken out of my account and then $2500 paid later, but the whole amount was taken out all at once. That should have been a red flag for me then, but I wanted to believe in your company.
After this delightful response, I will make sure to post my experience on every website (Facebook, Yelp, etc). I can find. Thanks and have a great day!

So, let's provide a little more information, as opposed to blatantly false information as presented. We have not heard from you in 2 years, and terminated your case back then for non-compliance and failure to return information needed to further provide services. You hired Tax Tiger to prepare tax returns and dispute an audit on multiple years. We prepared the returns, fought the audit for you with information you provided, and lost the audit (unfortunately) due to un-allowed expenses, and then we offered to further provide services under the original agreement (no additional cost) to establish a repayment arrangement for the balances in the audit. You then hired another company and disappeared for 2 years, and then you recently (today) pop back up and write this review out of left field? So, if we stole $5000 from you, were we working for free over the course of the 2 years we performed services? Interesting take you have on things, but we wish you well moving forward.

Tax Tigers Got the job done, offer excepted!
I called Tax Tigers after hearing their commercial on the radio to see if they could work with me to reduce my IRS debt. It took quite some time because I had personal issues that we’re consuming and I was not able to get all the documents to them right away. But I have to say they were very patient and diligent in the process. They submitted an offer for me but it was denied. I was devastated, I had worked so long and hard and I anticipated an acceptance on my offer which they told me they were pretty sure it would be excepted. Nevertheless it was denied and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I waited some time to try to sort it all out, the IRS gave me a deadline day to respond with an appeal. When I finally decided I should go forward with the appeal I completed the documents required, I sent a copy to Tax Tigers along with an email that included can explanation before sending it to the IRS. I later received a call from Kathy at Tax Tigers asking me about my appeal and she explained that I would probably be denied for the reasons I gave them. After speaking with Kathy she told me she might be able to do something and they would work on it. Got the job done, offerI was very happy to hear that but still not sure if the appeal would be honored. Thankfully it was honored and I received an acceptance for my offer. Text tigers did a good job but I do want to say I was a little disappointed that they did not follow up with the appeal until I initiated it. Nevertheless the end result was great! Offer excepted!

If you are looking for a miracle, Tax Tiger is your answer!
Tax Tiger is an angel sent from God, or a coincidence in your world if you don't believe in angels! Our business had been struggling for years and we had gotten way behind in our taxes. Then my husband had a major stroke and I was needed to quit my job and take over the managing of our business and figuring all the past taxes. We owed over a hundred thousand and interest and penalties were piling up. I hired a local Tax Tiger agent who filled all our needs and then some. Our case was not settled when she became seriously ill and had to close her franchise in 2018. I had not been notified of this issue but the next time I called her office number I was routed to TAX TIGER main office in Sacramento. I was immediately connected with Kathy H. She gave me assurance that they would take on my case without any additional charge at this time. Due to delays with processing at IRS our issues are still 'in process' but Kathy's office has reviewed all our documents, and given invaluable advise concerning all the form letters IRS still sends to scare us. A couple years ago they levied our SS checks but only for one month!! I contacted our agent, Heather, at Tax Tiger, and she immediately took care of that and got us a refund as she had previously put us under hardship status. We retired a couple years ago after having to close our business and would be on the streets now if not for Kathy and her business. After years of advise and information about the process and what we needed to do, we are going to have to actually pay for services rendered now since our case will require some hours of service from our attorney agent, Heather. This company has a minimum base charge compared to any other tax service like it. If you are looking for a miracle, Tax Tiger is your answer! They genuinely care about you as a person!!

I was referred to Tax Tiger from my accountant. I needed immediate help, I could not wait. Tax Tiger helped lower the level of anxiety I was experiencing.
What was really convenient was doing everything via email. You are not required to go into the office so that farther reduced the stress and anxiety.
All the staff are really there to help you so be mindful of your posture. Work with the staff and you will get proven results.
It took approximately one year to resolved my tax issues. I am very grateful. I walked out of this situation with my mental capacity in a much better place then when I walked in, as well as zero debt!!!!

After owning a restaurant for over 30 years, when we finally sold we were stuck with a huge capital gains tax. Nothing but great things to say about tax tiger. They handled the IRS and State issues well over $40,000 down to $350. Austin and the team worked with me diligently and helped me and my family to be at ease now it's an amazing feeling to be out of the hot seat and wasn't to costly. We started this process almost 6 yrs…
We started this process almost 6 yrs ago with Tax Tiger. At that time the IRS said I owed them over 90 thousand dollars. Tax Tiger worked with us from the start , the IRS had me sign a document that said I am responsible for interest if they deny my offer. With the interest the IRS charges it would have been over 200 thousand dollars . With Tax Tigers help I paid $10,000 plus filing fees and the cost of hiring Tax Tigers.
I believe the delay came from the IRS investigating my background.
