Service wise was good. Seller would answer questions regarding the product and even respond through whatsapp. The downside is that, the quantity of the product on the website are not up to date. For instance, i bought a mousepad but the design I wanted wasn't in stock, so I could not cancel my order because I've already paid. Im not satisfied with what i got.

bought defected product, or not?
I bought a AULA Ghost King Chroma mechanical keyboard this year from you guys But I'm not sure whether I'm getting a defected set or not, my keyboard sometimes will be sticking (eg. ccccccccccccccc) not specific key is sticky but it occurs randomly.

Hi Chee Wai, I believe you try cleaning the switches by pulling out the cap, this problem can be easily fixed, sometimes it is due to residue stucked under the switch
courier problem
Package was supposed to come in 1 week but it took 3 weeks to get it delivered.But the package is fine,Just that the courier is quite slow.
