This is a wonderful product, nice design and well build. The wheels take big cracks on the road very easy, it really feels safe. Also the breaks feel safe and smooth, like the acceleration, but strong enough to feel exited. The range is amazing (9.6 AH battery) and the remote works good. Very well done TeamGee!!!

Love it Great quality
I got an H6 for my daughter cause she wanted to learn skateboarding, and she loved it. It is a beautiful board with a little feminine touch to it that appeals to girls. It’s easy to ride and that makes it good for a beginner. Longevity should be good since it has the same power train as my H5, which I’ve been using for almost a year now. I personally love the design of this board. Top and bottom graphics are very nice, and I’m a big fan of the big wheels which help you go over road imperfections with ease. Definitely recommend to everyone!
It's decent board for what I paid. My few gripes are minor and considering the price easily dealt with. I have to ride with the trucks very loose to get a nimble carve, the remote is nice but difficult to use with gloves, the lower power hubs are smooth but to get any decent torque for acceleration and braking you must adopt an all in approach with the remote. I will be replacing the bushings to see of that helps the carve. Let me be clear, for this price point none of my gripes are that big and can be easily remedied with some adjustments. I bought this as a stealthy last mile option and the board is exactly that.
I ordered a Teamgee Sail when it first came out and I payed extra for some extra items, like some extra hub sleeves, brake lights and a black grip tape. I received the wrong board and the accessories never arrived. It's been more than one year and their customer support doesn't reply to any of my emails.
Finally got the fix for my board, which is fine. Lack of responses to my emails on the issue is a problem (I troubleshot it myself) as well as the fact that the initial "fix" was to buy a new battery, which I did and it was not needed. The issue was the control board all along, which is frustrating given it had less than 100 hours on it. But the board is fixed and I am back riding it. So that is a good thing. The service end for these boards needs to be improved as well as the troubleshooting. The person on the other end of the emails had no clue what they were doing and it was the only option for questions / service.
Slight delay on delivery as I wasn’t advised where it was coming from. Products great though.
Worst scam ever. I paid 400€ and I never received my board. Please do not pay any money to them. No reply from their support team thanks John and Chen.
