TCC answered all questions about the product. All follow up questions were answered in a timely manner. Pricing was great and I would recommend purchasing from them. I will purchase more accessories from them to. Thanks
Love the universal baller! And the hybrid bowl is just what I needed to finish my setup thanks again!
The UB is my first desktop vaporizer and will probably be the last, I can’t imagine anything being better. Stuart answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. The customer service was stellar and reminded me of the pure honest business transactions from decades past. I’m a customer for life! Thanks again Stuart and good luck with your business! Gotta go, It’s time to break free……….
This Universal baller device was very intimidating looking but I am very satisfied I made the purchase. It is very easy to use, it is smaller and more compact than it seems, and cleaning has been pretty simple as well.
First time buyer here and I am a happy camper. Best price I could find on 4/20. Love the Dr Dabber Ghost2. Thanks!
Alittle disappointed with my purchase. The selling point is an all glass air path improving flavor. But it comes with bowls with glass screen too big. Using an aroma 3 or a medium Santa Cruz shredder grind consistency, it drops half my bowl into my water piece. You then are forced to use a screen defeating the purpose of the all glass air path. Still using steel screens. Yes there’s quartz, rubies, fritted disks, high air flow but if you don’t want to waste your herb you will be using a 10 cent steel screen. Wish I knew that
Appreciate the feedback! We currently have the smallest hole glass bowls out there, but yes it is also limiting in terms of its ability to catch herb compared to a mesh screen. We definitely prefer not to use the mesh screens, and include an ash catcher built into the hybrid bowls to help. Especially with drier herb, grinding tends to produce a fine dust that cannot be captured. If you have herb that is on the drier side I would recommend using a coarse grind size to help. It may also help to slightly tamp the herb down! Hopefully that can help improve the performance for you!

Best ball vape. Fast shipping to CA.
I love the product and the service is fantastic. I have introduced the product to my friends and they also love the product. It was a decision that I don’t regret even though the unit is pricy.
Excellent quality & service. The universal baller & accessories are next level - highly recommended.
