What people say
Texas Toy: excellent at everything that matters
Texas Toy excels at everything that matters: Communication is easy, and you only talk to a human who has the answer or knows how to get it. Their service is fast and friendly. Their products are leading sellers in our shop. Only once did we have even a hiccup. A shipment was damaged in transit (which was not their fault). They quickly replaced the merchandise to our complete satisfaction. Working with Texas Toy has been a welcome experience in every respect.
Working on a “Lego” type helicopter
Working on a “Lego” type helicopter. It is beyond hard to make the pieces snap together AND the instructions are very hard to follow. Would not recommend.

Our building bricks are 100% compatible with leading brands - the instruction booklet included shows 3-dimensional visuals of exactly how to place each brick step-by-step. We apologize for any confusion you face while assembling your helicopter!
VERY delayed shipping
I ordered a board game for my son's 9th birthday in on September 2. 2025. The game was not recieved until October 27, 2025. Shipping was supposed to be 7-10 business days. Maybe it should be edited to 7-10 years. No point in returning it. I would rather save my energy.

We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately we have zero control over the US Postal Service - our local post office has frequent problems. In the future for special occasions and need-this-by orders, please give us a call and we will ensure the shipment gets there on time!
The product was great
The product was great, but the package was torn and I was so scared it had maybe been broken. Relieved to report the dinosaur made it here safely. Thank you.
High quality products

Totally Unresponsive to ANY communication
My son and I have been calling for two days and all calls go to voice mail. Since you told me you were a family business and your daughter helped you, I pray all is OK with the family. I have to admit, we are somewhat frustrated with the lack of ANY response to email, contact via website or voice mails Have a great day Charlotte On Aug 7, 2025, at 9:48 AM, Charlotte Mitchell Ryan, please see below, plus I have sent you an additional communication through your website. Today is his 5th birthday and he was very excited to get his gift that was from your company. You and your daughter may remember the absent minded grandmother who was panicked that she mess up the order and it was being sent to California instead of Georgia. You and your daughter were wonderful in correcting my mistake and you even added a birthday card to Mason. Well his birthday arrived and he has been enjoying his gift until………the main boom on the excavator stopped working after 15 minutes….. My son is Dave and I am providing his contact information, so you can contact him for more details.
