Lack of customer service!!!!!!!!!
I placed the order and finally after a few days received tracking information, however a week later the books still had not shipped. My daughter went without books for 2 weeks. I called them and they stated would ship books ground so would arrive quicker. Problem is only one book shipped. I had to order book through amazon (was cheaper) and was told they would not refund book until I received it and sent back at my expense. If possible, find other options for your books! Update: asked to speak with a manager was told no one available to speak with me, took my number and days later I’m still waiting on a manager to reach out to me. Update: My daughter received a notification from her school bookstore books had arrived, she gets there book I have already repurchased was showing delivered but they didn’t receive. They advised her to call customer service 🫥. Called customer service rep told me a label was created but it has not shipped out. I explained myself and the bookstore show it delivered after an extremely long hold I was told by Cameron that I will be refunded for the book. Thank You Cameron for helping close this ridiculous saga.
