Text now got rid of my active telephone…
Text now got rid of my active telephone number. Number was active until 7/31/2026. I am unable to contact anyone to resolve this issue. They only use a AI chat that ask you the same questions. my new upgraded phone will arrive on the 31st. now I have to get a whole new number when it was locked in for 2 years

Wifi phone service
Love the fact that id your phone service is out that Text Now still offers a way for you to send and receive text messages and phone Mmcalls (when connected to wifi) It was my only phone number I had for over a month when I was experiencing financial problems.
The quality of signal and me hearing …the signal is very good not unless there is a area which low frequency is other than that the signal stays strong.
The quality of signal and me hearing my family when they call me or vice versa is very good. The overall text app is great because I am allowed to contact my family no matter where I am. I have no income and I'm homeless and this app makes it possible for me to manage.
Not completely user friendly but not horrible
I found this app when my primary phone stopped working. My battery on my Samsung S22 Ultra was about to explode. The battery, screen and frame came as a set. I'm now waiting for a new screen because the screen went black again. My son who passed away had a Motorola Moto G and it is locked by Cricket. This works when I am unable to get Cricket to release the phone. I have been struggling to use TextNow and it's getting better.

TextNow has been a guaranteed way to communicate with my loved ones! I've had one problem with them, my purchased SIM was misplaced and never found.. I reached out to get the proper way to handle it, but.. was not contacted even still today! Also lately calls have been sounding like radio static
