Connecting with my teen while practicing fundamentals!
My teenage son and I have a hard time connecting and finding ways to practice any therapy. With the first exercise, he was hooked on practicing, having fun, and challenging himself. The instructions are super easy to understand, giving step-by-step videos and practical ways to use the exercise throughout the day.

Exercises useful, theory not so much
I like the exercises although some videos are not well made as you can not see what is being done by the girl who is demonstrating. Also it is difficult to watch and do the exercises at the same time. It would be helpful if she talked through the whole exercise to the end. I did find most of the theory beneficial as I already knew this. I would not have paid for these weeks had I known. I assumed it was all expenses. I feel that should be made clear

Disappointed
I wanted to like this app, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. First, I signed up using a discounted offer and didn’t realize it would automatically renew at the full monthly price. The subscription was charged without me fully understanding that this would happen, which felt misleading. Second, the app is far too restrictive. If I miss a day, I can’t simply catch up by completing two lessons the next day. Even worse, if I finish a lesson but forget to press the “Complete” button, the app locks me out of the next day’s content and tells me to wait another 12–16 hours. That makes no sense. I already did the exercise—I just forgot to confirm it. Disappointed!
I enjoy most activities
I enjoy most activities. Some seem easy and too quick. Some are done in less than 5 mins. Lately they have been much better
