I tried and I could not follow the exercises. I knew this would happen, my son does not follow the instructions or rules of the games. He has no interest in them.

The activities are interesting, but the instructions don’t give enough ideas for modifications. My daughter does the activity once or twice in less than a minute and then is bored. The idea of doing them for several minutes is beyond.
