In the end, my experience worked out great. They used my miles the day after they had access to my account. However, it was not made clear to me what the conditions needed to be to receive immediate payment. There was also a minor delay in receiving the payment. These issues were concerning because this whole concept relies on trust and this was my first time to sell miles. So they proved to be trustworthy and I am satisfied with the results.
