Beautiful work
Where do I need to start.. Turnaround time wasn’t long at all the guys called before they reach my location to give me a heads up when they arrived on time I might add Both were very polite. They asked where do I want my mirror located I told them and they delivered. It’s beautiful. I will recommend this company to anyone.

It’s a legit business… Sounded too good to be true, I rolled the dice. It was easy. It was COD many thanks to the mirror company.

The ordering process was easy. Price was very reasonable, and the installation service was excellent.
Can't beat it.
The install team did a great job. The joint between the two mirrors was very clean and I did not know they came framed out as well. They turned out fantastic for my home gym.
There was no flexibility on scheduling…
There was no flexibility on scheduling the mirror install. When they were supposed to be installed the first day, the tech got sick (so understandable). But then once you went to reschedule, the client was unavailable so we had to wait another couple weeks. Then when you went to schedule again it was on a Sunday (not during normal business hours). THEN I get a call from the tech that they are on their way at 10:30AM when the install was scheduled for 1PM-5PM. They said that we would need to reschedule if I couldn't make it to the install at that moment. Luckily, the client could let them in. I'm thinking this may be the last time we do business with the mirror company unfortunately it's just been too much of a headache.
Great experience
It did take three months from order to installation. That said the price was great. Very professional installation. Crew was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend if you can be patient with the long delivery time.
BEYOND pleased
I am BEYOND pleased with the entire ordering and installing process with TheMirrorCompany. I almost thought the price was too good to be true- but after reading the awesome reviews, I went with it. My installers were professional, prompt, and efficient. I will definitely recommend ya’ll and order again!
Great mirrors, but make sure you never want to move them!
The mirrors are very good quality and the initial installation went well. However, when they installed them, I had mentioned to the installers our plans for potential expansion and one of the mirrors would eventually need to be moved. When I ordered new mirrors for the expansion, I was told that they don't remove and reinstall mirrors that I previously ordered from them?!?!? These are quite expensive and it's now likely I'm going to be destroying one, unless I can figure out how to remove and re-install myself!
Great service and savings
The installation crew arrived on time and was a wealth of knowledge with recommendations relating to positioning and installation of the mirrors. They were a pleasure and did quick work. Looks great!
The installers were nice
The installers were nice, but they didn't clean up after themselves and left finger prints all over the mirrors. It would have been nice if we didn't have to clean up after them. They also kept telling us that we shouldn't cut holes for the outlets and they expected to be back out to our property in 6 months to replace the mirror, because it will break. If it wasn't advised to cut holes, why do they do it?
Fitness Center Mirror
Crew arrived and had the mirror installed in our fitness center within a few minutes. Many nice compliments from the homeowners.

See below for my email interaction when I was just asking for an update after waiting 6 weeks with no communication. Sent: On Jan 10, 2025, the mirror company wrote: We have been clear on the way we work. We sell these mirrors for about half price and travel extensively with full and efficient routes, to make that happen. 2-6 is estimated and yes it’s a vague answer. It’s the same answer for all our customers who are willing to wait and be patient. If you need to plan with more information, I understand. Again that’s why it’s not a good fit for you and you should go local. To be clear I have canceled your order.3 Sent: On Jan 10, 2025, I wrote: Good grief. I’m just looking for a decent answer so I can plan. You said about 2-6 weeks from the time of order. It’s been about 6 weeks. Your new answer back to me was 2-6 weeks from the time of order. So, im just looking for a more accurate answer than “2-6 weeks from the time of order”. It is estimated to be about 2-6 weeks from the order date, but we won’t have any other information until we have a finalized route. When I contacted the company
When I contacted the company, they had the most economical prices for my budget. My job was smaller than their normal, but that didn't matter. My small job was worked in,and just as important as the larger jobs. They contacted me, gave me an estimated time of installation, and continued communication with me. Upon arrival, the guys were very professional. They told me that it would take about 20 minutes for my installation because they didn't have to deal with any outlets. 20 minutes later, I was looking at my finished product. The quality of my mirror is top tier! Thank you Mirror Company for putting the finished touch on my little gym!
Just needs better communication
While I understand that the reason they're so cheap is because they travel to multiple locations at once, when you tell someone to expect 2-6 weeks for installation, that should be when they're installed. If you expect it to take longer, please have a consistent open line of communication with your customers whose businesses may be affected by the delay. I certainly get that delays happen, but please just keep us posted instead of being vague and leaving us wondering. Other than that, my experience has been great!

Fantastic Quality, Fantastic Price!
I needed a wall of mirrors in my personal training studio. I got a local quote for just under $5K - gulp... So I starting researching alternatives and found The Mirror Company. Their quote - $1608! The hitch - you have to be a bit patient, b/c their installers work an area/region, and you'll be included in the next run. Which also means you'll need to be flexible when your number is up. That worked for me. 3 weeks later, I have my mirrors, and couldn't be more pleased. Luke did a beautiful job installing - very professional!
