I came across Neoh’s YouTube channel one day, and after watching a few videos, I could already tell that he was different from most traders on the internet. I like that Neoh places a strong emphasis on process and behind the scenes work, especially things like creating a pre-trade game plan and proper trade journaling. After joining Neoh’s community, I picked up trading habits that had been neglected by other communities I joined in the past. He doesn’t just cover topics at a surface level and takes a step by step approach to ensure we understand logic behind them. Through his video lessons and weekly meetings, I can see that Neoh is a genuine and down-to-earth person who always speaks from experience. This gave me the confidence to upgrade to the one-on-one mentorship plan, as I felt that I still had a lot to learn from him.

I really liked the way Neoh approach trading, he is one of the few that treat trading like a business. Created a system to approach every scenarios. 5W1H to trading. A working system that takes emotion out of the game. Which is way easier to digest and learn from than many other methods out there. No regrets joining in.

The One Percent Academy has been a great community driven by growth seeking traders that constantly support one another. The weekly meeting provides traders with Neoh's live outlook for the week and helps us to be more focused on certain pairs for the week. The live setups and breakdowns also provide us with real feedback. Before joining, I faced the issue of jumping around pairs with no real plan. However, since joining, I have been more disciplined with my game plan and the way I structure my trades.

Neoh might be the only Forex "Guru" that is legit and honest. He is always reminding his students that good trading results take a lot of time and its not easy, but stick to your plan, be consistent and the results will come your favour. i first came across Neoh through his Youtube channel before eventually joining his 1v1 mentorship and community. His videos were sincere, clear and educational which gave me confidence that he was someone worth learning from. What sets Neoh apart is not just his trading knowledge, but also his character and dedication to his students, always responsive when it comes to answering members' problems. He runs weekly Zoom calls with the community where he shares his honest thought process behind his trade ideas/recaps and encourages everyone to ask questions freely without any time pressure I also continue to find value in the constant updated education lesson he shares within the community telegram channel, from technical aspect of our trading strategies, mindset sharing, trades reviews & etc.

I have tried both Mentorship and the Community itself. Overall experience have been great and it's truly one of the rare places where the Owner actually trades what he preaches and is profitable. What I think would help to improve further? a. Mentorship: I would like to see the Owner be more proactive in reaching out to his Mentees and when it comes to improvement plan that he comes up with. It would help if it's more structured with some timeline to see improvement (Not in terms of Trading Profit but improvement that is measurable over time). b. Community: There are less than 10% of the Members actively participating within the Community. Everyone is busy Trading and although that is understandable; it would have been so much more fun or excitement when a group of like Minded Traders discuss about Trading together. One person (the Owner) can only do so much. It will be great if he could figure out a way to encourage participation within the Community.
