She really does go above and beyond for customer service. Even amidst tariffs and import taxes, she always puts the customer first and she makes and sources such beautiful pieces of jewelry! The seller was responsive and provided excellent advice on a chain ring I had my eyes on but was on the fence for a while. I am glad I reached out before purchasing. The ring has not come off ever since and it's become an everyday staple.

I love working with Sarah. I have purchased jewelry from her before. We designed a ring together. The final piece was not to my satisfaction and Sarah was very open to helping me by taking ring back and designing something else more to my liking. It’s not always easy doing this kind of work via the internet. I trust her completely and am certain I will get a ring that I love when the project is completed.

I love my rope twist connector ring. I got it to use for charms but I love it as a ring. Feels very solid and sturdy, and the clasp is very secure.
