The best custom packaging experience

Great customer service, quick turnaround, and great product.

The sample kit was awesome

A company committed to quality and customer statisfaction

This is by far the best company to get small batch custom pouches printed. Excellent web-interface, transparent pricing, timely delivery, great quality and service. Above all the people here Dan, Jen, Damin have shown noteworthy commitment to customer satisfaction and quality of products delivered. I have been their customer since April 2024 and highly recommend this company.

Another Great Experience~

I rarely have time for surveys, but I need to write something about the multiple and fantastic experiences working with Jeff, Nyla and Damin. They do what they say and produce quality pouches with on time delivery.

A pleasure to work with

Would work with this company over and over again if I needed their services. Designer Abbey was amazing to work with, and the end product was more than what I hoped for. If I could give you all 10 stars, I would.

I couldn't be happier.

I couldn't be happier. The Packaging Lab does everything right. When you have a question, a real human answers the phone (sometimes, throwbacks are a GOOD thing). Everyone you talk to at the Packaging Lab knows what they're doing. They can answer all kinds of technical questions with confidence. You don't get the runaround when you're just trying to get a problem solved. Everything I've ordered has been beautiful. I've had many customers tell me that my packaging sells my products for me. My shipments come very quickly, and there are always a few extra in there, too. I have recommended The Packaging Lab to others and will continue to do so.

Personalized attention

The personal attention I received along with the quick turnaround made my project successful!

Great product and price

Great product and price. The reps and design team were very helpful. Will be using them moving forward.

Another incredible order in the books

Another incredible order in the books! This team is awesome - from design to production, they are so helpful! And the packaging lead times are so fast! I will continue to use them again and again :)

I am looking for some new packaging…

I am looking for some new packaging options for my product. I requested a sample packet to review package sizing, designs etc. The samples arrived quickly and now I need to decide what I would like !

Designs are Good

Hands-On Help

We had lots of questions about the process and some hiccups along the way. It was zero issue getting assistance, and our finished product came out exactly as we hoped.

Package Lab is great

Package Lab is great. They are not the cheapest, but they are competitive, and you get fast production times + customer service. They will actually work with you and answer your questions. The fast turnaround time has helped my business out in a jam several times. Also they are not overseas, so you can get fast shipping from the midwest. One thing to note: On the last batch, I did have 7 pouches split open and I lost the product during shipment to my 3PL, but they did give me some extras in that shipment, so it sorta covered that except for the lost product. This has happened before with this size pouch, so I wasn't surprised.

Excellent!

My experience with The Packaging Lab was excellent! I received free samples quickly, so I was able to select the appropriate size package to make sure the dimensions worked for my product. The artwork templates were helpful to make sure our design worked as anticipated. The finished product was what I expected and more! Service was quick and the quality was great! Very happy!

The personalized service was AMAZING!!

The personalized service was AMAZING!!! We had help designing our bags and Abbey listened to our ideas and knocked it out of the park!! We are beyond pleased and will definitely use them for other projects in the future. We highly recommend them!!!

Responsive, quick, and extremely helpful!

I was in a crunch for custom packaging with only 2 weeks to get them produced and delivered. The team at The Packaging Lab was so helpful in providing the best, most cost-efficient options to get my bags produced and delivered on time. The bags themselves are great quality and the printing was perfect! I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to others.

Quick reply and mailing the samples

Quick reply and mailing the samples. However, I am looking for a package with a valve for the coffee and really wanted to see that.
