Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service — I needed my shipment to be expedited to get here in time and they did it without question and didn’t even charge me extra. And they were communicative the whole time. Couldn’t recommend more (not to mention their amazing selection)

I made the mistake of putting my address in incorrectly so my order got sent back and they were quick to resolve the issue and send another order to me with the correct address free of charge despite it being my mistake. Great option to get you pouches and highly recommend. Got my order within a couple days.

Being a big pouch user, having access to flavors options that I can’t find literally anywhere else is key for me. Flavors I didn’t know existed until I found this site. I get my orders within a few days and my orders almost always get shipped the day I place them.
I’ve done multiple orders with pouch hub and haven’t had a single issue with any part of the process. I will be a loyal customer here for the foreseeable future.
