Root has been excellent at delivering their product and customer service has been very helpful. As for the product, I believe it has been beneficial.
One delivery had a broken bottle. After some back and forth they sent a new one free with better packaging. I was happy with the results. This, understandably, took some time and some proof, but in the end they did the right thing. I believe them to be a trustworthy company with unique products

Interesting experience
Interesting experience, tried it after a friend was raving about it. I do not feel much of a change. It feels like the brand and website were built in order to look good and get a good price for the company once it comes to selling it or bringing in investors - it is very glam but very light on data. I searched but could not find recommended usage times or methods, which is odd. Saying your ingredients are sourced "organic, GMO-free, etc" where possible, is as good as saying, you buy raw materials from the cheapest bidder to maximise profit! I think the text on the website and descriptions could use a detailed review by an independent third party who is familiar with ergonomics and human factors, and wish you all the best!

Taste I pretty good which is different from most cleanser products. I can't day if it did what it portrays to do being I'm not a doctor or scientist so can't say what it did. Price is overwhelming so would not make this a regular buy. The packaging is very convenient no directions necessary it's so simple pour the package in water shake and drink. So it's likable just too expensive.
