I've worked with a few web agencies before, but none matched the professioanlism of The Website District. The communication was smooth, deadlines were met, and the final result was way beyond what I expected.

When I decided to get a Website for my Clocks business, I found The Website District. Aly was the Website Designer. He built a GREAT Website. Most everything went smooth, but like most projects there were a few times when we needed to take a step back to evaluate it. Aly was very professional and trusting when it came time to iron everything out.

Worked with Ali who was extremely helpful in assisting me on getting my website built and working. We did have a few bumps throughout the journey but nothing that could not be overcome. I am pleased at this point and now have the admin rights to add my personal touches to the site. Ali has told me if I need any assistance going forward not to hesitate to reach out to him for assistance his door is always open.
Inexperienced/Untrustworthy developers
I wanted a website displaying my art on virtual walls, integrated with a Print-on-demand site that offered a variety of artistic media - good quality, variety of sizes ,etc. They said they could do it all and provided an example that they said they had done. They said they would do it for a fixed price. One problem was the logo design had to be done before any development could commence. (Why? surely a subsequent change would be a simple cut and paste job). This took a week and i still was not happy with it. (Their online ad says they produce the whole website in 2 days.) The sales guy handed the whole thing over to a developer/manager who suddenly demanded a whole lot more money. I gave more funds and being under a deadline for a vacation I had scheduled when I would be out of the country. Any feedback I gave to their design was largely ignored (the background was always black until I repeated the complaint, sections were missing and ones I hadn't requested appeared without explanation. They requested I provide my art so I could see it on the demo site. After a few iterations, I still did not see any of my own work. I was unhappy with the logo and had to make my own to which the salesman made insulting remarks. Conversations were adversarial and always unsatisfactory. They said if I wasn't satisfied I would have a money-back guarantee, but they have disappeared my since my return from holiday. They couldn't integrate to any satisfactory POD site, a fact I could understand, but if they in fact had experience in this area, they would have known at the beginning and said so up-front and returned my payments. This was a very frustrating experience and I would never deal with these people again. Update: A year has gone by now and I haven't got the refund I was promised if I was dissatisfied, which I am. Their answer to dissatisfied trustpilot scores is a cookie cutter response and never addressed the actual issue. I would be happy with a full refund, but they have not been in contact with me. They suggest contact through trustpilot, which is of course inadequate.
