Excellent product and helpful owner!
I had been looking for a state-side wooden keychain maker that also stipulated their sourcing and sustainability practices (it's a personal priority of mine). I stumbled across The Wooden Pin and all of the examples posted on their socials and was impressed. Jake was super helpful with my questions! I wanted to make sure I got the file formatting right to make the best first-client impression. The software I used to make the files didn't allow the line weight to go as small as he requested, but I had everything else right. He said it wouldn't be a problem, and everything turned out perfectly and is such a great quality, and I appreciate the smaller MOQ as a smaller seller. I'll definitely return for future keychain needs and cannot recommend it enough. :)

This was my first time working with The Wooden Pin and i couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve wanted to create a decision coin for a niche market idea and they hit it out of the park!

Great customer service and quality keychains!
The quality of the keychains is amazing! I was looking for wooden alternatives to Vograce and other keychain resellers for good, sturdy and high quality. I stumbled upon this place and it seemed reputable, and ordered some. My first order went missing, and I reported back and they were kind enough to send it to me once it was confirmed missing. I’m forever thankful for their understanding and customer service, and I’ll be a regular real soon! Thank you so much again.
