I love the flexibility of the appointments, including some offerings on Saturdays. I love the knowledge that the providers give and all the staff that I've had contact with have been so helpful and friendly. Especially Katya! I have been trying to get the courage to get a full checkup and this process has made it so much easier from the comfort of my own home.

Dr. Bimina actually listens and is so compassionate. She has genuine interest in her patients and wants to know how her recommendations are going. Glad I chose to restart my TRT through Thrivelab because they work with insurance companies. Brittany Meeker-Gonzalez was extremely thorough and helpful and ready to help get the ball rolling. If you are interested in TRT, these are the people to talk to. As someone who was on TRT in the past, and had to quit because of price, I am glad to get back on it.

My appointment with my provider was great. Getting my prescriptions filled with the online pharmacy was painful and took a lot longer than I expected.

I was skeptic at first because you see ads everywhere for stuff and you aren't sure it is legit. It was pretty straightforward. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I am hopeful and encouraged to see how it goes. I am already on-board with how much more affordable it is for me in comparison to functional medicine locally. I cannot wait to feel better!
