UPS lost the contents and support jumped in to fix the situation
The 2 day package i recieved came in empty it opened up in shipping and my order fell out... This was super unfair of me its not the companies fault emotions got to me and i didnt wait they respnnded next day and where willing to gix the situation very profesional

Great Responsive Service
I had an issue with an order back in mid April. I reached out to their customer service and I got a response within 20-30 minutes from Karon their customer service manager. He was courteous and he made everything right. I almost forgot to leave this review because life, things to do, etc. But I wanted to extend my appreciation for this company having such good, responsive staff. My apologies regarding incorrect gender..our interaction was via email.

Awful Experience
Terrible experience. Vendor was dishonest with me about their product, shipping, and refused to provide refunds. I was sent the wrong product and was not given a refund. I canceled an order but they shipped it anyway. They responded to my cancelation request, then shipped it a few days later. Did not provide a refund. Customer service will ignore questions they don’t want to answer. Previous review was removed so I will keep posting to warn others.

I do apologize but after looking through our records, you haven't ordered from us in months. it show the last time you were in business with us we made you a return label yet refused to return product for your refund. As with most companies, you have to return product to receive a refund. we are truly sorry for your experience with tianeptine depo, and maybe one day we can help you again. if you would like, you could always reach out to us and if you still have product unused, we could make you another return label for refund
