Poor customer service and apparently don’t pay for postage
I’m pretty annoyed at this whole experience. I bought two tubes of gold numbing cream and paid £3.85 for 1st class delivery. To which I then received a letter from Royal Mail saying “seller hasn’t paid postage” which gave me no option to pay another £5 on top of the original cost not to mention the fact I order this on 2/2/25 and have only just received this 12/2/25

Hi! We do not offer that service, it seems you have been scammed by another website! We do not operate from UK so it is impossible to give that type of shipping Unfortunately many people get scammed on fake websites and try to leave a review here. Please have a look on the order website and let us know
