We’re a Canadian business and we initially started our USA trademark registration with a low cost online company we found in google search. Unfortunately, they made several critical errors in our application. When the USPTO raised multiple issues and sent us a notice, we tried contacting the first company for clarification but they never responded to any of our emails, and all the phone numbers they provided had been disconnected.
