However, my order didn't come with the quiver that was pictured nor did it come with the carbon arrows it was supposed to. 3 stars only because the bow itself is living up to my expectations.

I bought a Mongolian horse bow 52” and it’s terrible, it vibrates and very loud, not smooth and not a good choice for anyone who is starting traditional bow. I ended up buying a Hungarian horse bow and that has a price tag of $500.00 you get what you pay for and let me tell you it’s night and day compared to this garbage. Stay away… not worth the money.

This traditional bow makes a sound when the bow is drawn for the first time. Don't worry, the sound will disappear after you shoot a few times. This bow is easy to install, very light and inexpensive, and I think you'll love this bow after a few shots.

I had one number off in address given so arrow shafts failed delivery but top archery staff were very helpful and professional about following up on return delivery even though the mistake was mine (thank you Julia!). I look forward to building some arrows with these shafts to compare to others I already build and use.

I bought a recurve now got it built it then took it outside and I went to fire a arrow and the limb snapped
I contacted support and they are sending me new limbs. Great customer support.

I did break the arrow thing that holds it up when you’re about to release the string and need a new one though
2 Bows ordered, 1 bow never arrived. They claim it was lost in transit, but it was the main reason for the whole order. That was replaced with another bow, perfectly fine but still not what I ordered. The second bow arrived damaged. I have sent more than a dozen emails and pictures to show the scratches on both limbs and the giant warp that makes it unusable and that still isn't enough to get it fixed/replaced. I am being treated like the damage doesn't matter or somehow its my fault the bow is warped and unusable. Save your money and go anywhere else!

One of the bows you purchased was lost in transit. That is why we contacted you and sent a new package with another bow in time. As a compensation for the inconvenience, we added two free finger guards.

Top Archery Bamboo Arrows and Cold Moon Traditional Recurve Bow
I would rate my service as a 4.5 out of 5.
I ordered the items mentioned above on the night of the 28th of April, 2022. Within three days, both items had been sent to shipping.
I understand that international shipping takes time due to customs control. That is A-Okay. Now, having said that, I had the products ship in two different packages, and I was given the tracking numbers for both promptly. Like I said, within three days of ordering.
I received the two sets of six arrows, totaling in 12 individual arrows, on the 18th of May, 2022. So, 20 days from the date ordered to the date delivered. Completely acceptable. The arrows were in a box that had been wrapped in what looked like to be a tarp for protection. Upon opening the box, I found the arrows securely held in place by three firm foam inserts.
At this time, I looked at the bow and found that the box had not shown any movement since the 2nd of May. I sent an e-mail to Top Archery explaining my concerns. Within 24 hours, I received a reply that contained an answer that fully satisfied my worries.
The bow did arrive on the 23rd of May, 2022. That would make it 25 days after ordering. Still not that horrible for international shipping.
Upon receiving the Package of the Bow, I was worried. The box had not been covered in the green protective tarp. The box was visibly damaged. It had an approximately 6-inch L-shaped rip/cut in the side. The flap on the box did not look like it had been bent over or left the contents of the inside of the box exposed. The box also showed signs that it had been compressed heavily, to the point that the bow appears to have been impressed into the box. It could be seen on either side of the box in full detail.
After opening the box, the box's content was found to be: 1 Bow, 1 String, 2 Silencer Furs, and 1 Bowstring assist strap. I reviewed the bow in great detail and took time exercising the bow slowly before stringing it.
Despite the box's condition, the bow appears to have arrived without issues or blemishes, which with the condition of the box is a real testament to the bow.
I think that the box could have had some of those foam inserts and the green protective trap on it. That is my only real major complaint. Otherwise, this was a 100% 5-star experience.
