So frustrated when it came to an issue
Well, they don't tell you how they get the cheap fares. Was recommended to deal with Sebastian. Great service initially and then we were left disappointed as we could not get mileage points for an international long-haul flight, as the tickets were purchased on points...no one told us that. Escalated disatisfaction to Russell....that was more than a month ago. Don't trust the low price...or confirm upfront that you can not get points for what you pay for. No one told us.
