I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Topper by Uphold. I placed a transaction on June 29th for $471.76 to receive 470.57 USDC, and it has been stuck on the "Completing" status for over a week now. The funds were deducted immediately, but the crypto was never sent to my wallet. I have sent multiple emails to their customer support, but I am being completely ignored. This is a significant amount of money ($471.76), and keeping it locked without any communication or explanation is completely unacceptable.
