Total protection

I have been struggling for 2 days with all of this junk appearing on my Chromebook and my Android phone. I am not back to normal, but it has improvedm I am not very good with all of this that's happening. is there someone who could speak to me about what I need to do?

Your program has been good, always when Ir need help or guidance. Only one problem -someone from your business has been trying to charge my wife 49.00 every couple of months. I would like that to stop. I
pay for his program not my wife. If you still want me to keep using your program -ok.
I use a chromebook and earlier I clicked on a dodgy link and it must have overcome my other security protection, so I decided to use Total WebShield to see if could stop my computer downloading a virus and not working again. Thankfully, in one day, it has saved me from going on another dodgy website and it has blocked over 1000 trackers. Great!
Haven't had this very long but very satisfied with it. Does an excellent job without being intrusive.

I've been using it for several months now and it blocked a lot of scam websites. I just didn't like the persistent "trial ending" notifs that kept appearing even after I became a paying customer.
