AVOID THIS COMPANY. They take your money but provide no service; a scam in my opinion. No location provided for me despite them taking my money. I requested a refund but no they wouldn’t do that. I could not expect a location to be provided, I was told (after they took my money) until the phone I was searching for received this company’s contact (that’s if the request doesn’t go to spam, unwanted or gets rejected/screened out) and then the person who has the phone has to consent to the location being provided - USELESS when the phone is lost or stolen etc WHICH IS WHY I NEEDED TO TRACE THE PHONE!!! The scummy thief won’t consent obviously. My assessment of my experience: Rip off no-service crappy company. Look at all the automated, no effort, responses to the multiple, other negative feedback. Unprofessional and they clearly don’t seem to care as long as they get your money when you are vulnerable - shameful!
