Being a member of TradeAlgo for quite sometime now, whenever I can't log on and listen to the Analysts or watch the review sessions, I just feel like something is off. They are like family. The entire team is responsive, including customer service and has always followed up with phone calls, to make sure I am satisfied. In the mornings, just like the old saying goes, "never leave home without it". For me, I never leave home without logging on and listening to the analysts.

After a short time of using TradeAlgo services I realized what they provided and what I needed/wanted did not match. In the end, they refunded my money - great decision on their part! My conversations with Enoch were pleasant and professional and customer oriented. He called twice to check with me. He did a follow up call to tell me I'd be getting my refund several days later: the refund came through!
Roman of TradeAlgo has completed my second mentoring session on options training. He does a great job of breaking things down into a simple, easy to understand way and makes sure you are able to follow along and answers all questions during the session.
