Recently I passed the Evaluation and got my funded account. So far I can say my overall experience with the firm has been good. One suggestion for improvement would be slightly faster customer support. The rules are fine in my opinion, if you are disciplined and respect them, you won't have problems. In summary, it's one of the best prop firms currently on the market; it's need to improve in some areas, but it's also been around for a short time. It will be us traders who decide, as the years go by, whether it remain one of the best or not.

Everytime my dashboard updates for a payouts it’s after hours so I have to wait 72 hours per payout because my dashboard takes 8 hours to update after I traded

Dashboard updates run on our end-of-day reconciliation schedule, which is why activity from earlier in the day won't show until after hours — that's expected timing rather than a delay to the payout itself, and it's outlined in our help center. On our end, your payouts have been processed on schedule each time. Happy to walk through the reconciliation timing in more detail if that would help.

Easy to navigate,add accounts, and customer service is awesome. I bought and eval and it didn’t apply the discount code had my refund the next morning!

TRADEIFY WONT GIVE YOU PAYOUTS
I'm new to trading and tried this firm, then at week 3 I passed the eval and ready for my first payout. Then all of a sudden my payout request got rejected; after 3 days I got banned and they said I'm involved in group trading even though I don't have any trader friends and all my decisions are solely from myself. I asked for reconsideration and to review it again since I know all my trades came from myself and never followed any other trader. All I received is an email saying it was final without even showing proof. Haven't gotten a response since then. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE, THEY WILL JUST BAN YOU WHEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR YOUR FIRST PAYOUT WITHOUT EVEN SHOWING PROOF, WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR ANYTHING.
