Ross and Traders Agency are a great educatioanal experiece..

Customer service is great. In Ross's Monday webinars he takes the news and breaks it down as to how it will affect the markets, so most can understand, no matter what stage your at in a trading carreer. He also simplifies the process of breaking down a chart as to whether to buy or not, what price to buy and always where to put the stop loss. Adding some of Ross's stock picks to my regular swing trading have paid for the all my courses including, the Life Time Ross's Trading Club. I'm looking forward to a very profitable future. Thanks, Ross for openly helping all of us.

Anytime I have had a question which I emailed to Traders Agency's Customer Service, I get a reply within 48 hours. The replies are clear, concise, and fully answer my questions. I get a sense that the Folks in Customer Service really care about their subscribers. THANK YOU for that ! !

Very fast turn around.

Absolute disappointment and nothing but…

Absolute disappointment and nothing but high pressure sales pitches after they walk you through a dog and pony show. Nothing they have told me to buy through the Insider Trading program has materialized. It’s done nothing but lose money and you are bombarded with nonstop new “trick” and “tools” that will get you 200-800% returns in a week or two. All a bunch of scam programs and promises. Stay away from this company!!

Down 53% in 6 weeks

My account is down an average of 53% per trade in the six weeks since I paid for their service. I've been following their trade alerts closely. Notice that reviewers only praise customer service, they don't mention investment performance. Ross is an excellent salesperson, but the returns he touts in marketing videos completely omit all losses. This feels wrong and borderline fraudulent. I should have known that this service would lead to losses when their customer service reps wouldn't provide info on historical returns. Their reps claim that the losses are due to volatility, but that can't be true as I've had gains on trades recommended by a different company.

Needing help getting access to purchased product

I was initially concerned that I was going to be on hold for a good while. I actually reached someone right away. No wait at all. I explained that I was trying to get access to a product I'd purchased recently and was helped immediately. Overall, I am very happy with how easy it was to get it figured out.

I love Trader's Agency!!

I've been trading on and off for over 30 years, but I've never really took that next step into truly being a trader. After I found Ross and the Traders Agency, my trading career has taken off. I started with his Alpha Stocks service and quickly paid off the $1500 investment in a couple weeks. I then purchased his Insider Effect service for about the same price and again paid me back within a month. I continued to buy Ross's services and watching his videos with great success. I now own all of his services and continue to profit from all of them. The best part is I have now started using his logic and analysis style to find my own winners and am doing very well using my own research based on his teachings. He's exceptionally conservative and logical and has a great insight into what is actually happening behind the fluff that used to cause me so much trouble in my trading. Trading needs a mind set change, its a cultural shift in ones thinking. Ross and his team seem very grounded in their approach to helping overcome that emotional impulse. The matter of fact approach Ross takes teaching his method and the reasoning behind it have been quite profitable from a financial and personal development point of view.

Ross Givens and team provide great insight and tips for free on his YouTube channel. In addition, they provide several options for trading courses that have proven to be quite profitable. Ross shares his personal time to help others learn the game. His program is well put together and provides clarity that others fall short of. Check them out if you have an interest in trading!

The interaction between Ross and the community is excellent. He goes out of his way and stays overtime, today alone was 45 extra minutes to answer all the questions we ask each week. People were great - automated system for callback needs work

People were great. but when i called and hit key i think 7 to get call back, i was put back in queue and waited 10-15 or more minutes, after 15 i requested call back again and then got call back again and was 2nd in queue waited 10 more then asked for call back, 10 more and i think the 4th time it was only 5 minutes and someone answered.
