They advertise the class for “$7.99” …it’s a lie!
They advertise the class for “$7.99” with a promo code. However, the promo code does not work and when I called the toll free number the person who answered the phone was very rude and claimed the problem was from my end and that I was doing something wrong. Then he said to go ahead and pay the full amount, then to call them back and they will refund me the difference. It’s been two weeks, I still haven’t received the refund.

Dear Homayun, Thank you for your review. Our course at this time is actually $7.95 with the promo code Discount16. I'm guessing that you must have misspelled it when you registered, as thousands of people have used the same promo code without any issues. Our customer reps are trained to inform people to email us if they need a refund for any reason. This way we have all the information required to issue and track a refund. I just checked, however, and I do not see any record of you emailing us this request. I am therefore using your above information as your request for a refund and have issued it today. Have a nice day!
Easy to use and very informative.
