Second time using , great service and easy process
You guys are great, quick and always were able to help me out. Thank you!
I had a great experience they were fast and friendly they reduce my fine by half couldn’t be happier ☺️
Very easy to connect, and quick and good outcome.
I recently received a speeding ticket and reached out to Ticket Pro for assistance in getting my ticket reduced to avoid it reaching my record or impacting my insurance. The process was SO easy!!! I sent a text with the requested information (via website), I was contacted back immediately via phone call giving me a run down of the process. I paid the $99 fee, and no more than 2 weeks later I received the results. My ticket was reduced from a speeding ticket to a parking ticket! No driving school, no points on my record, no impact to Insurance. Was so worth it! And with very little effort or involvement. Highly recommend using ticket Pro! HUGE Thank you to Ticket Pro, Empire Law and Dan Lovell!!!
I had good experience with Nevada traffic ticket pro. This is the second time I use it. Great response time. Good service. Definitely recommended.
NV Traffic Ticket Pro was a good choice. No regrets whatsoever.! They handled my citation pretty rapid, even way before my scheduled court date. I highly recommend them. They are my "Go to" if I should need help again!
They were fast and efficient. The staff were polite, kind and professional.
Easy to work with, very responsive, and quick turnaround time. For anyone who has a very busy schedule like I do, I’d highly recommend to hire this place.
Everything went great. From the time we sat down in the office to the contact emails and instructions to the final payment. Very reasonable fees!
They are very professional that don’t try to deceive the client like other firms do! It’s my first being with them and I was blown away by their efficiency and positive results!!! I’m very impressed and happy and will never look for a different firm, I have found the best in town!! Thank you Nevada ticket pros!!!!
They took care of everything and responded quickly to my emails.
getting 0 points, and no school. very fast, way before my court date in june
The response time was great and the team was very knowledgeable and professional
It was easy fast and as always as long as you got the money to pay things can stay on the hush 🤫😂
This lawyer team successfully got my red light traffic ticket reduced to a parking violation, took about two to three weeks. Fast efficient easy online process and fee payment, took minimal time and back and forth on my end.
My ticket ended up being $160 more than it was when I first went to them!!! Sure, they got it knocked down to a parking violation for $60 more than what my original ticket was PLUS, I had to pay the $100 dollar fee for them to go there but I am financially struggling so I thought if they can get it reduced to a "PARKING TICKET", the $100 is worth it! If I had just taken the traffic school WITHOUT THEM, I could've had the same result without having to pay another $100 dollars! I am furious! I went with a ticket for $415, with traffic School would've been 475 total and ZERO demerits But on their AD, they CLEARLY SAY We can: "Reduce the fines" When I asked about the new Ticket price, and WHY IN THE WORLD it skyrocketed, I was told "we never said we would reduce the price of the ticket. We only said we would reduce the charge which is now to a parking violation".....for MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL TICKET!!!!!! Scam...... a freaking scam Never again!!
We are deeply saddened to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and that the outcome did not meet your expectations. As a law firm, we are required to adhere to strict professional rules regarding client privacy and confidentiality. Because of that, we are limited in what we can address publicly and must rely only on the information you have chosen to share. Based on your statements, it appears the primary concern relates to the total financial outcome of your case. For clarity, our firm’s role is to address the charge itself, not to control or determine the court’s fines and assessments. Court-imposed amounts can ultimately be less, the same, or greater, depending on how the matter is resolved and whether additional administrative assessments are applied by the court. We make this distinction clear to prospective clients multiple times, including within the retainer agreement provided prior to hiring and in the procedural emails sent throughout the case. Our staff is specifically trained to ensure that no client is told—or allowed to infer—that representation guarantees a reduction in fines. As a law firm, we do not make representations on behalf of the court, and doing so would be improper and unethical. It is also important to clarify that our legal fee is entirely separate from any court-imposed fine. The fee paid to our firm reflects the professional time, legal work, and representation provided on the client’s behalf. It is not tied to, nor does it control, the amount set by the court. A fee at this level represents a significant value for clients seeking professional representation. In matters such as this, representation includes a formal retainer agreement, invoicing, ongoing written communication, and an appearance in court on the client’s behalf. These actions necessarily create documented records of legal representation both within our firm and within the court system. We do take statements such as “scam” seriously. Characterizing a professional legal service in that manner, particularly where documented representation and services were in fact provided, may be viewed as a misrepresentation of facts and could raise concerns of defamation. We would encourage care in the use of such language. In this matter, the charge was reduced to a non-moving parking violation, which is often pursued to help protect clients from long-term consequences such as demerit points and potential insurance impacts. If you feel that any part of your case outcome or communication is not accurate, you are encouraged to contact our office directly. We are happy to provide copies of all correspondence and documentation related to your case so that everything can be reviewed in full context.
