Funds my go to Cosigner, Double Verification
Friendly staff and fairly quick payments. The loan rate was also very good. 3 stars is for the application process and the loan payout.
Applying is a double process: as you verify everything electronically and then have to visually do it again live on camera. Might as well go to a loan office and apply in person with your cosigner.
As far as loan payout: For our loan the cosigner got paid directly instead of the applicant. Very inconvenient . Shouldn't the funds be paid to the applicant? Isn't that the point of being a co signer?

⭐☆☆☆☆ The most invasive and disturbing lending experience I’ve ever had.
If I could give Together Loans zero stars, I would.
I applied for a $3,000 loan and was told I needed a co-signer. My mother agreed to help. What they put her through was beyond anything either of us expected.
Before we were ever approved, Together Loans required my mother to complete a live video verification where she was asked to provide the deed to her home, her bank account information, and her credit card information. They then instructed her to walk outside and show the exterior of her home on camera.
They also spent time explaining what would happen if I failed to make my payments, including how they could pursue her, her property, and her assets as the co-signer. Again, this was before the loan had even been approved.
During the video call, they also told my mother that I was not allowed to have any involvement in the call because they wanted to ensure that I was not coercing her into answering their questions or participating in the process. My mother voluntarily agreed to co-sign. Treating her as though she could not make her own decisions was insulting.
After the call, my mother contacted me and explained everything that had happened. I was so disturbed by the process that I immediately called Together Loans’ customer support. During that call, which I recorded, I requested their NMLS ID, asked for their state lending licenses, and demanded written confirmation that all of my mother’s sensitive personal information would be permanently deleted if the loan was not approved.
During that same call, the customer service representative told me that the customer support team was based in El Salvador. I then spoke with a supervisor, who confirmed that they worked for a third-party company providing customer support services for Together Loans (formerly Transform Credit Inc.). Considering the extraordinary amount of personal and financial information my mother had just been required to provide, learning that customer support functions were outsourced to a third party raised even more concerns for me about privacy, oversight, and the handling of sensitive customer information.
At that point, both my mother and I had already signed the required loan documents and had been told everything looked good.
Then, within approximately 24 hours of my complaint, I received an email stating that my loan had been denied because of my co-signer.

I later reviewed Together Loans’ website and privacy policy. They discuss identity verification and collecting financial information, but I found nothing preparing consumers for being asked to provide the deed to their home, their banking information, their credit card information, and a live video of the exterior of their property before a lending decision had even been made.
All of this… for a $3,000 loan.
In my opinion, this was an excessive, intimidating, and deeply invasive process that no reasonable consumer would expect. No lender should require this level of intrusion into a family’s private financial and personal affairs only to reject the application after collecting everything they wanted.
I have formally demanded that Together Loans permanently delete every document, video, photograph, and piece of personal information they collected from my mother and provide written proof that the information has been destroyed.
This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. I will never do business with Together Loans again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering them to think very carefully before trusting them with your family’s most sensitive personal information.
