Staff responsive and easy to apply and verify accounts. The biggest downfall is the CoSigner receiving the funds and then they or the Borrower has to incurr more costs to transfer funds again. Makes no sense, the cosigner already knows about the funds to be received..

My loan was approved but what is the reason for inundating the cosigner with emails once the loan was already funded. Why in the world would the cosigner already be receiving emails from the collections department when the first payment is not even due therefore how can it even be late.
My cosigner is getting very upset which in turn is making me feel awful about even getting involved with your company.
