Warning: Please be careful before using this travel agency. I paid the agreed amount towards my flight booking, but after making the payment I did not receive my ticket as promised. When I asked for my ticket and a refund, I stopped getting proper responses and was eventually blocked. I am extremely disappointed and feel that I was treated unfairly. I would advise others to be very careful and do thorough checks before sending any money to this company.

I'm so pissed off. an agent of yours scammed my sister who was meant to travel to Zimbabwe on the 1st of August. We were supposed to pay off the remaining balance of £149 which we couldn't finish paying off as we were all blocked as a family. we are all frustrated cz we need her here for my wedding on the 8th. tell me how I am supposed to feel knowing my maid of honor won't make it cz she was scammed. You guys can do better than this. All i know is I want my sister here before the 6th of August,pliz make a plan. thank you

I used their chat first. I did not chat with a BOT. A real human being took my info and verified everything, answering a question that I posed. Then she recommended that I talk with an agent before making a purchase. So I talked with a live agent. He reiterated my info, which I verified. He answered several more questions with precision and confidence. He was easy to understand. He turned off the phone recording during the purchase so that my credit card info is secure. He told me exactly what to expect in terms of emails coming to me, and advised me what to print and carry on the trip in case there were any online interruptions or no access to internet. This is excellent service. The initial site that asked for trip info, cost to be covered, travelers (ages), and destination was specific and offered explanatory notes in the click question marks. I definitely will use Travel Defenders for future travel insurance needs.

Such an easy purchase through a broker. In the end we had to cancel because of trip changes. What was amazing is that they refunded our money on the same day. we thought it would take a while. When needed we will use again.
